Submission of Content:

1.1 Content creators are required to submit creative assets in response to briefs provided by clients using the designated submission channels on the Kreative Boost UGC platform.

1.2 Submitted content must adhere to the specific requirements outlined in the client's brief and comply with Kreative Boost UGC's content guidelines and policies.

Content Ownership and Revision Policy:

2.1 The client owns the video created by the content creator.

2.2 Maximum of two revisions for each video creation, as per client feedback and requests.

2.3 Content creators must ensure that any revisions made align with the client's initial brief and guidelines.

Communication:

3.1 Effective communication between content creators and clients is essential throughout the content creation process.

3.2 Content creators should promptly respond to client feedback and requests for revisions through the communication channels provided on the platform.

Social Media Posting:

4.1 Content creators are required to post the approved content on one of their most active social media platforms.

4.2 The social media platform for posting should be chosen based on the creator's engagement and audience reach.

Timelines:

5.1 Content creators are expected to adhere to the timelines established by the client and the platform for content submission and revisions.

5.2 Delays in providing revised content may impact the overall project timeline and client satisfaction.

Confidentiality:

6.1 Content creators agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by the client in the brief, including brand strategies and proprietary information.

6.2 Content creators shall not disclose confidential information to third parties without the client's explicit consent.

Compensation:

7.1 Compensation for content creation services will be agreed upon between the content creator and the client before the commencement of the project.

7.2 Content creators are responsible for ensuring that they receive fair compensation for their work as per the terms negotiated with the client.

Termination:

8.1 Kreative Boost UGC reserves the right to terminate the engagement with a content creator if they violate these Terms or fail to meet the platform's quality standards.

8.2 Content creators may terminate their engagement with a client or the platform if they believe their rights or contractual agreements are being violated.

Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

By engaging as a content creator on the Kreative Boost UGC platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
